Book a standalone story session for restoration, reflection or exploration of a question you are carrying.
Book a Package to experience the ways your imagination can guide you to identify the changes you need and support you to make them. Over the 5 hours you will find the stories that drive you and gain confidence in using your imagination to remain connected to your core self through using the Inside Story techniques and images.
The Inside Story experience works well online, and most people opt for this, but in-person sessions can be arranged if preferred.
Building from your particular needs and desires, you can expect the tailored sessions to take you through a unique process of co-created story-making in which you will:
Develop the skills for divergent thinking
Identify moments of ‘stuckness’, blocks or issues
Practice and apply the tools of story, play and imagination to overcome challenges
Collaboratively process and analyse your fictional narrative and personal material
